Oversight of the different phases of Engineering and Construction, including start-up, operations and maintenance of installations. Total or partial management of the entire life cycle of an asset. Verification of compliance of the scope, time, cost and quality based on standards predefined in the project plan. We offer an independent opinion with regards to the progress or compliance, and we provide observations and recommendations. Our Organization manages, organizes, coordinates and oversees resources in order for projects to comply with the planned scope, schedule, quality and costs, as well as safety, environmental and community standards, among others.

We also offer technical, administrative and logistical support in the diagnosis and implementation of best operations and maintenance practices.
