All of our operations and maintenance services comply with international standards, applying predictive services.

Skilled technical personnel perform comprehensive predictive studies of the performance of the equipment, components, external accessories, application and set-up where they are installed. The aim of the studies is to warrant the reliability and quality of performance by adopting and immediately carrying out improvement plans agreed upon and planned with our clients.

Thermography

Take readings of the general thermal behavior of the equipment. Detect hot or cold points that determine the existence of anomalies in mechanical or electrical parts.

Electrical analysis

Observe the response in stability of frequency and voltage signals. Perform an electrical characterization of the load. Determine anomalies in loads that could affect the proper functioning of the electrical system.

Oil analysis

Understand the performance of engine lubricants with regards to degradation and contamination. Determine the evolution of metallic wear and tear and perform diagnostics of the internal functioning of the motor.

Vibration analysis

Verify that the vibration levels in established points of the electric plants are within the permissible limits. Identify anomalies in mechanical functioning of bearings and couplings. Determine anomalies reflected in the vibration spectrum due to defects in functioning. Determine anomalies due to a dynamic imbalance in moving parts.
